On Completing The 75 Hard Program

75 Hard is a transformative mental toughness program designed by American entrepreneur and bestselling author Andy Frisella. The program comprises a regimen of five challenging (and not-so challenging) activities designed to help take control of one’s life in (you guessed right!) 75 days.

The primary stated goal of the program is growing in one’s “inner” areas such as confidence, self-esteem, perseverance, etc. That said, it’s simply impossible to not experience physical changes after completing the 75 Hard program.

On the 18th of October, 2021, I began my the 75 Hard program, my third attempt, and successfully completed it on the 31st of December. Below is my 75 Hard story.
